Sometime around October 2009, I signed up to join the Cooks of Daring Kitchen. A group of foodies dedicated to cooking 1 challenge a month. Daring Kitchen was started by Lis of La Mia Cucina and Ivonne of Cream Puffs in Venice sometime back in 2006. Knowing my unschedulable work schedule, I wasn't really sure if I could even make the 1 challenge a month requirement. But I am trying my best.. :)
